Welcome to the  LaysOnline" web site, my personal home page. I'm bad about updating this site. Its been years since the last update.

Too many years between updates and most of my updates can be found on Twitter and Facebook. 

I've begun the process of moving to my next career stage. Back to consulting, this time focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Not just applications but all things customer and marketing. Look for more announcements beginning in 2024. I've gotten experience and certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday applications. Of course, I have decades of experience around management and use of customer data. This is going to be exciting.
